Divya Gummuluru
Divya Gummuluru is a senior at Westwood High School, and is currently serving as Westwood MUN’s Secretary-General. Since joining Model UN in 7th grade, she has been looking forward to running a conference of her own. In her free time, she enjoys baking, discovering new music, tennis, beginner ceramics, and rehearsing songs with friends.

Sonali Gopal is a senior at Westwood and is currently serving as a Deputy Secretary-General. She first discovered her love for Model UN in the 7th grade and is thrilled to be working in crisis for Westwood MUNC VII. Outside of MUN, Sonali enjoys participating in theater, playing the flute, and learning about science. She cannot wait to meet the delegates this spring!

Jack Dullea is a senior at Westwood High School and is currently serving as a Deputy Secretary-General. He joined Model UN in sophomore year and cannot wait to run a committee about The Troubles in Northern Ireland. Outside of MUN, Jack is involved in football, theater, Westwood Irish Cultural Club, and chorus. He looks forward to meeting delegates in March!

Malek Plotkin is a senior at Westwood and is a Head Delegate. He first joined Model UN in his sophomore year of High School. He is super excited to be chairing the Watergate Crisis Committee at Westwood MUNC VII. When not doing MUN, Malek is the social media manager for Westwood’s political magazine. He also loves reading, hiking, and classical music!

Ethan Lu, a Westwood senior, is the current club Treasurer. He started Model UN in 7th grade, though he joined the high school club in his sophomore year. A devoted history enthusiast, he is excited to chair the Interwar Japan committee at Westwood MUNC VII. Beyond Model UN, Ethan is the head of Westwood’s Quizbowl team, enjoys playing the piano, and is an avid reader of The Economist.

Nyla Bacchus is a senior at Westwood High School. She has been doing MUN since her freshman year. She is currently the Social Media manager of the club. Outside of Model UN, she does cheerleading, theater, and track. She is so excited to chair her first committee and meet all the delegates!

Sam Schmitz, a senior at Westwood High School, has been participating in Model UN for five years and counting. An enthusiast of all things historical (particularly American and French history), Sam is thrilled to be chairing the Homestead Strike Committee! Outside of school, Sam enjoys playing the guitar, kayaking, hiking, watercolor painting, and amateur astronomy.

Lucie Sechler
Lucie Sechler, a senior, is a Head Delegate and a crisis head for Westwood MUNC VII. She has been active in Model UN since 7th grade and especially enjoys historical and creative committees. Lucie is also Westwood’s Youth Poet Laureate and spends a lot of her time outside of school reading, drawing, singing, and being so excited to help delegates.

Braedan Murphy is a junior at Westwood High School and began participating in Model UN his sophomore year. This year he is eager to participate as co-chair in the 1972 Troubles Crisis. When he is not researching for his next conference, Braedan enjoys playing the baritone saxophone, racing with the ski team, and spending time with the Quizbowl team.

Nicole Lu is currently a senior at Westwood High School and has been participating in Model UN since she was in the 7th grade. She is excited to be the co-chair for the Watergate Crisis and to meet the delegates. Outside of Model UN, Nicole enjoys playing volleyball, sketching, and writing in journals. Good luck delegates!

Jasper Xu is a junior attending Westwood High School and has been participating in Model United Nations since 7th grade. As an avid history enthusiast, he is excited to co-chair the Japanese Interwar Committee and to see the perspectives that each delegate brings to committee. Outside of Model UN, he enjoys reading, hiking, and playing tennis.
Olivia Li is a junior at Westwood High School and has been participating in Model UN since her freshman year. She is thrilled to be the co-chair of the Gotham City Council Crisis Committee. In her free time, she loves dancing and theater, as well as playing piano, reading, and playing tennis. She looks forward to meeting the delegates this upcoming spring!

Sofia Vitali is a junior at Westwood High School and has been active in Model UN this year. She is very excited to co-chair the Homestead Strike crisis committee, which will be her first time chairing. Outside of MUN, Sofia enjoys reading, listening to music, hanging out with friends, and walking her dog. She looks forward to meeting everyone!
